Christina is a social scientist with expertise in gender, education and climate change. She has extensive experience supporting decision-makers in government, NGOs, and philanthropy across Africa and Asia to build capacity, policy, and evidence to green their education systems and education programming.

Christina holds a Ph.D. in Comparative and International Development Education from the University of Minnesota.

Natalia is a policy strategist with over 15 years of experience in public policy design, programme evaluation, and organizational leadership across Latin America. She has held executive roles in Mexico and Colombia, working with national governments and clients including the World Bank and the IDB. Her expertise sits at the intersection of climate action, education, gender, and early childhood policy.

Natalia holds an M.S. in Philosophy and Public Policy from the London School of Economics.

Francisco is an economist and political scientist with over 15 years of experience designing, implementing, and evaluating public policies across Latin America. He has led research and field teams in Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and Chile, working with international organisations, government agencies, and the private sector to build monitoring and evaluation frameworks, manage information systems, and translate evidence into actionable policy.

Francisco holds a Master's in Economic Development and Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Political Science.

Angela is an economist working at the intersection of climate finance, environmental policy, and the energy transition. She has worked with organisations including the World Bank and UNHCR, and her experience spans climate finance, development strategy, and impact evaluation across Latin America and East Africa — supporting governments, multilaterals, and partners in translating evidence into investment-ready solutions.

Angela holds degrees in Economics and International Relations from Universidad del Rosario, an M.Sc. in Economics, and a Master of Public Policy from UC San Diego, where she was a merit-based fellow.

Alvin Vista is a Global Knowledge Lead for Student Outcomes at Teach For All. Dr. Vista was previously a fellow in the Center for Universal Education at the Brookings Institution and a research fellow at the Australian Council for Educational Research. His areas of expertise include psychometrics, educational measurement, and research.

Dr. Vista was a Fulbright scholar at the University of Georgia where he did an MA in Educational Psychology, and obtained his PhD in Educational Measurement from the University of Melbourne.
