We facilitate interactive learning experiences that strengthen competencies, shift mindsets, and support changes in practice. Our workshops are tailored to diverse stakeholders and designed to translate knowledge and skills into action.
Capacity building and professional development.
Our Unique Approach
We design capacity-building experiences that leave organizations with something they can carry forward. More than training, we help teams shift how they think and work. Our approach is grounded in our Climate-Integrated Design Process, and we've built and delivered programs for multilateral agencies, INGOs, national teacher training institutions, and government ministries across more than a dozen countries. Partners regularly return to us to scale what we piloted together—a signal that what we build actually sticks.
From competency building to systems change.

Climate-Integrated Design Process—Professional Development Workshop Series
Young people in California are expressing urgent concern about the climate crisis, biodiversity loss, and environmental degradation. For the California Academy of Sciences, this meant taking a proactive stance on reflecting upon and redesigning its education for sustainability programming to achieve learning outcomes that promote climate-positive behaviors and the regeneration of nature. The Academy needed to equip its staff with the skills and tools to apply transformative education principles to regeneration issues affecting California and beyond and to redesign its programming for summer 2025.
