Welcome to unboundedalliance.com (the "Site"), operated by Christina Kwauk, LLC ("Unbounded Alliance," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and any content, resources, or features made available through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Unbounded Alliance is a climate change and education research organization. The Site exists to share our research, publications, initiatives, and related resources with the public. The Site is informational in nature and does not provide accounts, paid services, or transactions.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for a general audience. By using the Site, you represent that you are able to form a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

5. Downloadable resources

The Site may offer publications, reports, and other materials available for free download (collectively, "Resources"). Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the Resources for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes, provided that you:

- Retain all copyright, attribution, and other notices included in the Resource;
- Credit Unbounded Alliance as the source where you share or reference the Resource; and
- Do not sell, resell, or commercially redistribute the Resource, or modify it and present it as your own, without our prior written permission.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. We may add, remove, or update Resources at any time.

6. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Communications and contact forms

If you submit information through a contact form, you agree to provide accurate information and not to submit confidential, sensitive, or unlawful content. Information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If we offer an email newsletter and you subscribe, you consent to receive communications from us at the address you provide. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maryland.
